Can I display finance on my website?
Yes. Our websites are ecommerce ready and designed to seamlessly integrate with our finance provider partners iVendi and Codeweavers. All our websites are built with flexibility in mind meaning we can integrate standalone calculators such as Santander Consumer Finance or any other provider you may use.
Do I have to pay extra for an SSL certificate?
No. Unlike other web providers we waive the cost of the SSL certificate aquisition and install fee.
What happens to my emails?
If you have emails hosted on your domain name then we can take care of the migration for you. Please note that this service does incur an additional service charge for the migration and a small monhtly fee to host your email accounts.
Email migration is seamless so you won't lose any new or existing emails during the changeover.
What is the process for transferring my domain name?
We're great at migrating websites and minimising downtime. Prior to transferring your domain, we'll have your new website fully completed and signed off by you. We will then initiate a domain transfer from your existing website provider. Upon receipt of the your domain name, we will configure all settings to put your website live and new email accounts live.
Following a succesfull domain transfer and go-live phase, we provide our customers with the option to host their own domain name.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Unlike other web providers, we do not charge a website setup fee.
How long will it take to get my new website live?
We ususally have a full prototype available to review 3 working days after the agreed start date. Thereafter, the timeline is dependant on the customer providing feedback and the domain transfer from the existing website host.
Typically the process from start to finish completes within a 2-week window.
